Frequently asked Questions...
Once your claim is lodged, your insurer will assess it and may appoint us (the builder) to manage the repairs. We will contact you to arrange a site inspection or assessment.
Our general workflow includes:
- Initial contact and inspection
- Assessment report and scope of works
- Insurer approval
- Trade allocation and scheduling
- Repair commencement and completion
- Repair completion and sign-off
Timelines vary based on the complexity of the claim, insurer approval, trade availability, and weather. On average, once we receive insurer approval, repairs typically begin within 1–3 weeks.
